Salumificio Pedrazzoli at Eurogastro in Warsaw for the very first time
It’s the very first experience for Salumificio Pedrazzoli at Eurogastro in Warsaw, a very significant trade show in the Polish food sector with an international extent; a must for professionals and enthusiasts of the branch.
2019 edition is going to take place from 27th to 29th March at Ptak Warwas Expo, three days in which Salumificio Pedrazzoli will display its cured meats mainly from the traditional line and from the“Q+” limited edition luxury line.
Among the products of the luxury line that will be protagonists of the degustation there’s prosciutto crudo di Parma “Il Poggio”, guanciale “Il Carrobbio”, cooked coppa with herbs “La Gonzaghetta”, and the classic salame “Padus”.
There will also be a selection of black pig of Parma products such as il coppone di Nero, la pancetta di Nero, and the black pork version of the salame “Padus”, all handmade with the meats of this rare autochthone pig race.
