Pampano cooked with spicy orange sauce and mushrooms

In this article we explain how to prepare a “spicy” recipe with Pampano, our knuckle cooked in natural way free of gluten, preservatives, added polyphosphates and flavor enhancers.

Ingredients for 2 people:

  • 2 Pampano Q +
  • 120g of Orange and Chili Sauce Lazzaris
  • 300g of mixed mushrooms
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 sprigs of rosemary
  • extra virgin olive oil to taste
  • salt and pepper to taste

Clean and cut the mushrooms into pieces. Heat 2-3 tablespoons of EVO oil in a pan with the garlic and one sprig of rosemary, then add the mushrooms for 5 minutes and salt if necessary.

Remove the Pampano from the package, grease it with oil, adjusting it with salt and pepper, put on it a sprig of rosemary and cover with tinfoil. Heat it in the oven for about 30 minutes at 180° C or brown it in a pan with the same spices (don’t use tinfoil with this solution).

Once the Pampano is cooked, add the orange and chilli sauce with a teaspoon.
