The 2019 begins with the Sirha of Lyon
We inaugurate 2019 by participating for the first time in one of the best known and most frequented fairs in the catering and hotel industry worldwide, the Sirha of Lyon, which will take place at Eurexpo in the French city from 26 to 30 January.
Animal welfare and the search for a niche production will be the subject topics of our presentation at the Lyon event.
At our stand in Sirha you can taste our best cold cuts: the raw ham of Nero di Parma (which for the occasion will be hand cut by an expert master), the mortadella La Mirandola di Nero Nero di Parma, the pork neck of Nero di Parma, Dosso San Daniele ham seasoned for 20 months of white pig and Parma ham aged 36 months of white pig, while for the PrimaVera Bio line, the cooked ham with truffles and the whole range of different types of salami.
