Our story, before being the story of a company, is the story of a family that has as essential thread, even in the most distant generations, the art of producing salami.
The Salumificio Pedrazzoli was founded in 1951 by the founder of the family, Arnaldo Pedrazzoli, supported by his wife and children.
Still today, the new Pedrazzoli generations follow the family footsteps, and together with President Mauro Pedrazzoli, his cousin Stefano, his wives and their children Emanuele and Elisa all work in the family business, continuing the activity that has always been linked to the production of salami according to tradition and the same passion.
