Mortadella dates back to ancient times and has always been prized for its delicious aroma, intense flavour and creamy melt-in-the-mouth texture. Pedrazzoli Mortadella is made exclusively from Italian pork, using pork shoulder, the finest minced pork and lardons obtained from the throat of the pig. Reduced sodium combined with protein and iron make this is a highly nutritious and digestible product. Moreover, all of our Mortadella is free from milk, added polyphosphates and gluten.

Celebrating the flavours of Italy’s most distinguished pork deli meats, our range of dry-cured ham is minimum-maturation guaranteed and exclusively Italian: our Prosciutto di Parma, Prosciutto di San Daniele and Prosciutto Nazionale are all made from carefully processed, prime Italian pork. Salted or matured for several months in Parma or San Daniele. These dry-cured hams are low in cholesterol and highly digestible with a high mineral content. Produced using methods which chime perfectly with the Pedrazzoli philosophy, full supply chain traceability is guaranteed, from rearing to slaughter, from processing to maturation.
