Zeroaggiunti, the innovation at NatExpo 2021

Charcuterie without preservatives, gluten free and dairy free, ZeroAggiunti is here!

In the last few years, the demand of healthy food and of not-refined products has been continuously growing, in connection with a lifestyle believing that well-being and both psychological and physical health originate from what is eaten.

PrimaVera Bio has been riding this trend for 25 years with seasoned cured meat without preservatives, gluten free and dairy free. These products are made to be inclusive, for every consumer with specific food needs but also for anyone looking for natural products.

Following all of this, we created ZeroAggiunti, a category grouping together all our organic products with these characteristics, which will be officially presented at NatExpo 2021 from 24th to 26th October in Paris.

In the arena of the international trade show of organic products and sustainability we will be present, as always, with all of our PrimaVera Bio Line, the Line of organic charcuterie born in 1996 form an intuition of Elisa Pedrazzoli, who 25 years ag decided to go on an unexplored route. PrimaVera Bio is the first line of organic charcuterie that was ever created in Italy, its  fundamental job begins from the way of rearing pigs – from respecting their natural behaviour ant their movement needs up the care in their feed with cereals farmed without any pesticides and chemical fertilizers – all the way to a traditional way of making charcuterie with a continuous research in providing products each time closer to Nature.
