The Organic small salamini – All Flavors tell the story of how our production—and our journey as breeders—began.
This product was the very first in our PrimaVera line and quickly won over consumers with its compact format.
These small masterpieces, each 180 grams, are made from selected raw materials: lean meat from the pig’s striated muscle and firm fat, seasoned with salt and pepper—whole or ground, following ancient tradition.
The common base is then enriched with the personality of each variety, creating a quartet of flavors, each telling a unique story.
Garlic organic small salamini, bold yet balanced, carries the legacy of centuries of Italian peasant tradition, where garlic was both flavor and natural remedy.
Salamini Italiani alla Cacciatora D.O.P., with its delicate, lightly aromatic scent, hails from the tradition of Northern Italian hunters who carried these savory, nutritious rations in their packs.
Fennel organic small salamini offers fresh, Mediterranean notes, with an anise-like aroma reminiscent of blooming fields under the summer sun.
