In 1996, we chose a path that few believed was viable: making real organic cured meats, without compromise. Many told us it couldn’t be done. We, on the other hand, decided to try. Since then, that choice has grown with us, passed down from generation to generation, rooted in the fertile Mantuan land of San Giovanni del Dosso.
As farmers and producers, we oversee the entire supply chain, because organic, for us, is not just a label: it is a way of working.
Thirty years later, Primavera Bio is still here. Faithful to the passion of back then, projected toward the future.
